Having witnessed first-hand the devastation that fraudulent titles, multiple ownership conflicts, and undisclosed encumbrances cause to diaspora investors and local buyers alike, Daniel built his practice on a simple but radical premise — never pass a deal that isn't 100% safe.
Today, he works primarily with diaspora Cameroonians in Europe, North America, and the Gulf, helping them acquire, verify, and manage property from abroad with the same certainty they would expect if they were on the ground themselves.
